Founder and CEO
Waqar is a Chartered Accountant by profession having worked in EY Ford Rhodes for more than 28 years. Had joined legacy firm Ford Rhodes Robson Morrow Chartered Accountants in January 1996 at Karachi office and completed the mandatory four year article-ship in May 2000, thereafter joined as Tax service line in Islamabad office. Responsible for all Tax Compliance, Litigation and Advisory work including Corporate Compliance; Accounting and Reporting work. Worked with MNCs operating in diverse industries including Technology Media and Telecommunication sector, Government and Public Sector; Manufacturing; Oil and Gas Services. Became Partner in July 2011 and became Islamabad Office Managing Partner in July 2019. Opted for early exist from Partnership in October 2023. Founded the Single Member Company in December 2023 and currently working as the CEO.
